UPRA Rookie Standings

UPRA RULE BOOK: Rookie Eligibility: If you have never held another membership card in any other association other than High School or College, you are eligible, Proof and rookie application is responsibility of contestant. A 2nd year of eligibility will be given to those who meet first year rookie requirements and do not win more than $1,500.00 per event, and/or a Rookie Title, during first year of rookie eligibility.  (Eligibility will run consecutive years beginning with first year of eligibility, No Med. Out - No Vet. Out - No exceptions). Rookie status available until August 31 of each rodeo season, a complete rookie application must be submitted to the UPRA Office no later than August 31 to obtain status. Proof of eligibility and rookie application is responsibility of applicant. The UPRA assumes no responsibility for proof of eligibility.
